    I think its an ok movie there are some parts that are kinda weired but overall it reallly does show you about the 1950's and conformity I think some of the characters are cheesy though

    I really wanted to find a movie that showed the conformity aspect of the 1950s and how unwilling people were to accept anything that was different or unusual. I think this movie works well for this. Just imagine the characters in this movie dealing with the 1960s.

    It was a very good movie overall, it had a very good storyline and it really showed what it was like in the 50’s. I hope she ends up the shop guy he treats her alot better then the dad does

    Notice how all the "colored" people are forced to sit in the balcony. This is where African-Americans were forced to sit in the 1950s.

    I didn't really know what was going on at first on in the movie, later i cought up on it and i figured it out. I think it's somewhat a good movie.

    I hope the mom chooses the soap shop guy in stead of the dad. The dad is mean to the mom and the soap shop guy is much nicer to the mom.
