  3. President Bush's "body man", Blake Gottesman, left his position in 2006 to start his Master's degree at Harvard Business....all this even though he NEVER attended college and received his undergraduate degree.

  12. If a member of congress dies the position is usually temporarily filled by the Governor of the state until a special election can be held to find a full time replacement. Past practice has placed the spouse of the deceased.

  13. Read about Mel Carnahan, in 2000 he ran for the U.S. Senate of Missouri and won....there was just one problem, he was dead.

  14. The president's personal cash/credit cards are usually kept in their personal bank in their home state. President Carter found it nearly impossible to buy flowers for his wife's on their anniversary. When he called the florist and told then who he was they thought it was a prank and kept hanging up on him.

  15. Secret Service not only protects the president but his family also. Imagine how complicated your life would be if you constantly had to have several armed agents with you at all times.

  18. The 2010 U.S. census cost us $13 billion, took years to conduct, and is highly inaccurate. She would attempt polling?
